Work closely with the CFO andexecutive team to develop and execute strategies that supports thecompany's Group Strategic goals.Leadthe Accounting team to develop and manage a comprehensive roadmapof strategic initiatives, using a systematic approach to balanceimmediate requirements with our long-term strategicvision.Define the end-state for abest-in-class service organization.Exceptionalconceptual and analytic problem-solving capabilities to supportboth operational and strategic decision making.OperationalLeadershipDevelop and implement strategies tostreamline the overall Accounting and Shared Services Centerfunction maximize efficiency and reduce costs while maintainingquality standards and is accountable for its successfulimplementation per the timelines outlined within theplan.Accountable for the successfulimplementation of the Accounting and Shared Service Strategy perthe timelines outlined within the plan.Strongleadership and team management skills with proof points of being ahands-on executor.Develop and implementaccounting policies and procedures to enhance internal controls andstreamline financial operations.Build and leada high-performing accounting team, fostering a culture ofcollaboration, accountability, and professionaldevelopment.Collaborate with Finance, tax,legal and Internal Audit team to mitigate financial, legal risksand compliance risks.Foster a culture ofcontinuous improvement within the organization. Encourage feedbackfrom both customers and employees, and use insights gained tooptimize processes, workflows, and service deliverymechanisms.Reporting &ConsolidationOversee month-end close processes andprovide accurate and timely reporting.Managethe accounting team to ensure timely and accurate financialreporting and year end Groupconsolidation.Develop and maintain accountingpolicies compliant with policies and procedures andIFRS.Collaborate with external auditors duringthe annual audit process.
