To be familiar with all food andbeverage items on the outlet menu.To preparethe outlet for operation, including mise-en-place, setting andresetting tables, light cleaning and other assignedtasks.To take food and beverage orders fromguests, upselling wherever possible.To utilizethe outlet point-of-sales system asprescribedTo ensure that all sales areproperly recorded, following prescribed procedures for ordering,voiding or correcting items.To serve food andbeverages according to the standardsestablished.To clear tables and removes dirtydishes to the dish area.To complete openingand closing duties as assigned.To be flexiblewherever possible in meeting special requests from guests forspecific food and beverage preparation methods andingredients.To follow presentation guidelinesas established by the Food & BeverageManager.To maintain the assigned station /section in a clean and orderly manner at alltimes.To ensure that all company minimum brandstandards are implemented, and that optional brand standards areimplemented where appropriate INT
