It is one of Saudi Arabia's leading private conglomerates, with diversified interests in Construction, Engineering, Total Facility Management, Logistics, Healthcare Infrastructure and Development.Job Purpose:Oversees the day-to-day operations of the maintenance department. Evaluates systems or facilities to determine maintenance or repairs that need to be performed. Assesses building systems to plan work assignments and project schedules. Develops maintenance procedures and schedules, coordinating with clients for hard and soft service. Key Responsibilities:Coordinating with client for all operational activities for Hard servicesEnsure and Implement SOP for operation and maintenance Inspecting facilities periodically to determine problems and necessary maintenancePreparation of weekly and monthly report and to attend meeting with client Technical support to PPM and CM Ensure and request consumables and spare parts required for project Handling petty cash flow Coordinating with sub-contractor for third party maintenance Preparing technical report and incident report's Preparing daily maintenance schedules and allocate workSupervising, and training maintenance techniciansSupervise technical team during installations, repairs or maintenance (MEP equipment).Inspect and maintain building systems dailyContribute to the development of operation and maintenance proceduresMonitor inventory of materials and equipmentReview utilities consumptionSupervise all staff facilities staff (custodians, technicians, groundskeepers etc.) and external contractorsSupervise facilities staff and communicate with external contractors and vendorsEnsure all building facilities adhere to proper safety standards and cleaning proceduresParticipate in coordination of projects (e.g. renovations)Coordinate daily cleaning and maintenance activities.Ensure compliance with quality, health and safety rules, guidelines and regulationsEnsuring compliance with health and safety legislationQualifications:8-10 years with same job filed of experience.Bachelor's degree in engineering (electrical or mechanical).Certified Facility Manager (CFM) credential.Skills:Advanced electrical mechanical and plumbing skillsKnowledge of HVAC and other building systemsAbility to lift heavy objects and do other labor-intensive tasksExcellent time management and multitasking skillsGreat leadership and problem-solving skillsGood communication skillsReporting skillsAnalytical skills.
