Experienced Network Engineer Etechs, Saudi Arabia Service client networks, and networking equipment on customers siteDocument work performed using our online trouble ticket toolTroubleshoot Server and Desktop hardware, software, and networking problems impacting clientsBuild, configure, and install HP/Compaq and Dell equipment.Ability to support various version of the Microsoft Server Operating Systems and Microsoft ExchangeInstall, configure, troubleshoot and recover Microsoft Server 2000/2003 Operating Systems and conducts application software loadsInstall, configure, troubleshoot and recover servers running Microsoft Exchange Server 2000/2003Ability to design and use Active Directories and comfortable with multi server environmentsManage client servers, including maintaining current status of software, applying security hot fixes and system patches, backups, antivirus and spywareWork with Account Managers to support customers needsInstall, configure and maintain Cisco and Sonicwall firewalls.Ability to install & maintain Cisco and other various types of wireless networksInstall & maintain VoIP telephone systems (CME knowledge desired, but not required) Job Specification 3 years minimum field engineering experienceCurrent Certifications: (Any of following) Citrix Certified Administrator (CCA), Citrix Certified Network Engineer (CCEA), Cisco Certified Networking Associate (CCNA), Cisco Certified Network Professional (CCNP), Cisco Certified Design Associate (CCDA), Cisco Certified Wireless LAN Field Engineer (CCWLFE), Cisco Certified Wireless Support Engineer (CCWSE), Microsoft MCP, Microsoft Certified 2000/2003 System Engineer (MCSE), or other MSCE specializations (MSCE I, MSCE S, etc.)Experience with Microsoft â€"based platforms critical:Server 2000/2003Exchange 2000/2003Small Business Server 2000/2003Windows 2000/XPExperience with the installation/configuration of Cisco or Sonicwall firewallsExperience with the installation/configuration of switches and printersExperience working on Compaq and Dell equipment, both servers and desktopsWorking familiarity with the following software: Trend Micro, Symantec, McAfee, Veritas, ArcServe (Computer Associates)Must have a valid CA. driver license and reliable transportationExcellent customer & communication skills, rapid response, and decision-making capabilities are required Information Technology and Services - Riyadh 11663, Pakistan
