As a PerformanceMarketing Executive specializing in SEM, you'll be at the forefront of ourdigital advertising efforts. You'll manage and optimize campaigns, analyzedata, and uncover insights to fuel our business growth. And here are the key points outlining theresponsibilities and qualifications: Responsibilities: SEM Campaign Management: Create,manage, and optimize search engine marketing (SEM) campaigns to achieveperformance goals. Social Media Advertising :Strategise and execute digital campaigns across different channels byidentifying where the key target audience spends time. Keyword Research: Conductcomprehensive keyword research to identify high-impact search terms. Ad Copywriting: Write compellingad copy that resonates with target audiences. Budget Management: Efficientlyallocate and manage advertising budgets across various platforms and reportback on ROI. Bid Management: Strategicallyadjust bids to maximize ROI and campaign performance. A/B Testing: Conduct A/B teststo refine ad creatives and landing pages. Data Analysis: Analyze campaigndata to identify trends, insights, and areas for improvement. Reporting: Generate regularreports on SEM/SM performance and communicate insights to stakeholders. Conversion Rate Optimization: Collaborate with web teams to improve landing page performance and conversionrates. Competitive Analysis: Monitorcompetitors' SEM efforts and adapt strategies accordingly. Stay Current: Stay up-to-datewith industry trends and search engine algorithm updates. ROI Focus: Focus on achieving apositive return on investment (ROI) for all SEM activities. Testing and Experimentation: Implement and track experiments to optimize campaign performance. Ad Platform Expertise: Beproficient in using SEM platforms like Google Ads, Bing Ads, Baidu Ads, MetaAds, Yandex and others. Collaboration: Work closely withcross-functional teams to align SEM strategies with overall marketing goals. ContinuousLearning: Maintain industry certifications and staycurrent with best practices in SEM.
