You must be able to travel across the region and assist the Country Director in the growth and development of the organisation within the region. You must be energetic and driven and operated successfully in an international matrix & multi cultural business. You will also be there to help drive the business strategy and targets of the organization within the region. Salary 30-40k AED/month dependent on experience. Must have CIPD or SHRM.
