CTS (minimum requirement), CTS-D (preferred) but not necessary
3+ years' experience in AV technical role
Knowledge of AV and Architectural drawings
Knowledge of network infrastructure
Extensive knowledge of Crestron & AMX
Extensive knowledge of DSP, conferencing devices, audio conferencing best practices
Ability to think and work independently and meet necessary deadlines
Effective interaction with employees, customers, and colleagues
Problem solving and trouble shooting skills
Working knowledge of network infrastructure including setting up LAN's
Ability to read construction drawings and system wiring diagrams
Strong interpersonal skills, excellent oral and written communication skills
Ability to effectively interact with field personnel, management, and customers
NOC Transferable.
