**Responsibilities**:
- Effectively manage and coordinate the CEO's schedule, ensuring optimal use of time. Schedule and organize meetings, conferences, and travel arrangements.
- Maintain an organized and up-to-date filing system for both electronic and physical documents.
- Conduct research and compile data to prepare reports and presentations. Prepare agendas, attend meetings, and record minutes.
- Act as a liaison between the CEO and various departments within the organization. Handle sensitive information with discretion and maintain a high level of confidentiality.
- Anticipate and proactively address issues that may arise, demonstrating resourcefulness and problem-solving skills. Assist the CEO in prioritizing tasks and managing workload effectively
**Requirements**:
- Minimum of 5 years of experience as an Executive Secretary or in a similar role supporting C-level executives.
- Exceptional time and resource-management skills to meet deadlines within time constraints.
- Ability to maintain composure and effectiveness in high-pressure situations.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Secretarial Studies, or a related field preferred
Pay: Up to QAR12,300.00 per month
