We are currently seeking a Purchase Assistant to join our team at HICORP Equipment Rental. This is an excellent opportunity for an individual who is detail-oriented, organized, and eager to contribute to a dynamic work environment.

**Responsibilities**:

- Assist in the procurement process by sourcing suppliers, obtaining quotations, and negotiating prices.

- Coordinate with various departments to determine their purchasing needs and requirements.

- Create purchase orders and ensure accurate documentation of all procurement transactions.

- Track and monitor inventory levels to prevent stock shortages and overstock situations.

- Follow up with suppliers to ensure timely delivery of goods and resolve any issues or discrepancies.

- Assist in evaluating supplier performance and maintaining good vendor relationships.

- Collaborate with the accounting department to reconcile invoices and resolve billing discrepancies.

- Maintain organized records of purchases, contracts, and vendor agreements.

- Provide support to the procurement team as needed to ensure smooth operations.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or related field preferred.

- Proven experience in a similar role, preferably in the equipment rental industry.

- Strong negotiation and communication skills.

- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and experience with purchasing software is a plus.

- Ability to multitask, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

- Attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and documentation.

- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.

Pay: QAR2,000.00 - QAR3,500.00 per month

- Equipment Rental: 2 years (required)

- Procurement: 2 years (required)

- Qatar: 2 years (required)
