We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented Visual Merchandising Manager to join our luxury fashion brand. As the Visual Merchandising Manager, you will be responsible for designing and implementing visually compelling displays and presentations to showcase our luxury fashion collections. Your expertise in visual merchandising and keen eye for aesthetics will play a key role in enhancing the brand's image and driving sales in our retail environments.

Key Responsibilities:

Visual Merchandising Strategy:

Develop and execute innovative visual merchandising strategies to enhance the brand's identity and elevate the shopping experience for customers.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, retail operations, and product design, to align visual merchandising initiatives with brand objectives and seasonal campaigns.

Store Layout and Display Design:

Conceptualize and design store layouts, window displays, and in-store installations that reflect the brand's aesthetic and storytelling, while maximizing product visibility and engagement.

Source props, fixtures, and display materials, and coordinate with vendors and suppliers to ensure timely delivery and installation of visual elements.

Product Presentation and Styling:

Curate and style product presentations and merchandise displays to highlight key collections, trends, and seasonal themes, maintaining brand consistency and integrity.

Train and coach store teams on product knowledge, visual standards, and display techniques to ensure visual excellence and alignment with brand guidelines.

Visual Communication:

Develop visual communication materials, including signage, graphics, and promotional collateral, to convey brand messaging and drive product awareness and sales.

Ensure clear and effective communication of promotional offers, pricing, and product information through visual displays and in-store messaging.

Performance Analysis and Optimization:

Monitor and analyze sales performance data, customer feedback, and visual merchandising metrics to evaluate the effectiveness of visual strategies and identify areas for improvement.

Implement A/B testing and experimentation to optimize visual merchandising techniques and enhance the overall shopping experience.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Visual Merchandising, Fashion Design, Retail Management, or a related field; additional training or certification in visual merchandising is a plus.Proven experience (5 years) in visual merchandising within the luxury fashion industry, with a strong portfolio showcasing creative displays and installations.Proficiency in design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and 3D rendering tools is highly desirable.Excellent creative and conceptual thinking skills, with a passion for fashion, art, and design trends.Strong organizational and project management abilities, with the capacity to prioritize tasks, meet deadlines, and manage multiple projects simultaneously.Effective communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work cross-functionally and influence stakeholders at all levels.Flexibility to travel and work irregular hours, including evenings and weekends, as needed for store installations and special events.
