Summary The position is responsible to provide full HR administrative assistance from onboarding till the exit to all upcoming, present and leaving employees, by being the primary contact person for any HR related transactional queries ensuring proper coordination and facilitation of all received requests to operate towards the goal of a positive employee experience in AAM. Responsibilities

  • Receive, record, coordinate and issue all kinds of employee-related administrative requests and ensuring that these are all properly handled and addressed in accordance to the approved timelines and service level agreements.
  • Handling all e-government transactions related to the employees' life cycle including visa processing, visa transfer, work permits, employment contracts, exit permits as well as all immigration processes required in an employee's tenure with the organization.
  • Ensure that on-boarding until separation formalities for all employees are arranged for and necessary documents are issued accordingly, and within the approved timelines. Assist the line manager in employee Separation/Termination process
  • Managing the business travel arrangements and bookings including but not limited to bookings flights, hotels, transport etc. for all business units across AAM
  • As part of compliance ensure the proper safeguarding of AAM official documents and update these when needed
  • Maintain proper documentation of all employee disciplinary actions to ensure compliance is observed in accordance to AAM's policies and procedures thereby issues letters if required.
  • Organize & maintain personnel records and all employee files. Update internal database (SAP) for consistency and reliability of records thereby making sure all relevant documents are electronically as well as manually saved and archived in compliance with the AAM Policies & Procedures.
  • Work with the Line Manager in timely policy review group activity process and recommend changes/updates as per needs of the organization
  • Administer the probation assessment for all AAM staff with regards to the standards of work performance, conduct and attendance and maintain proper documentations for the same.
  • Reflect AAM’s values in the way you work and abide by policies and procedures to ensure a safe, healthy and inclusive work environment
  • Engage in efforts supporting the continuous improvement of service delivery of the department to ensure overall positive employee experience
Skills Requirements: Bachelor Degree 3 years minimum experience. Must have had experience working with Employee files, government related documents such as Ministry of Immigration, Ministry of Labor etc Proficient in navigating software/applications for day to day use Bilingual is a must (Arabic & English) given the nature of the job #J-18808-Ljbffr
