**DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES**:
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop a design strategy that aligns with the brand message.
- Create visually appealing designs that capture audience's attention and communicate the brand message effectively.
- Manage and maintain design projects from concept to completion, ensuring that all designs meet quality standards and are delivered on time.
- Provide creative direction to other members of the team, including copywriters, photographers, and videographers.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest design trends and software updates.
- Conduct research and analysis to ensure that all designs meet the needs of target audience.
- Prepare files for print and digital distribution.
- Present design concepts to the marketing team and incorporate feedback into final designs.
**REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS AND SKILLS**
- Bachelor's degree in graphic design or a related field.
- 2+ years of experience in graphic design.
- Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite, including Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign.
- Knowledge of typography, color theory, and layout design.
- Strong portfolio that showcases a variety of design work.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills.
- Attention to detail and the ability to work independently.
- Experience with HTML and CSS is a plus.
