About the job Dell System Engineer - Arabic SpeakerJob Description:We are seeking a skilled Dell System Administrator and Support Specialist to manage our Dell environment and provide exceptional support to our customers. The ideal candidate will be responsible for operating, administrating, and managing the entire Dell environment, including raising support tickets with Dell Tech Support as needed, proactively monitoring the health, stability, performance, and capacity utilization of the environment, and applying Dell best practices to ensure optimization measures are in place.Key Responsibilities:Raise support tickets with Dell Tech Support as and when requiredProactively monitor the health, stability, performance, and capacity utilization of the Dell environmentApply Dell best practices and ensure optimization measuresProduce daily, weekly, and monthly reportsProvide knowledge transfer to customer local teamsProvide runbooks, procedure manuals, and improvement plansPerform bi-annual environment deep-dive health check and review for performance, capacity utilization, configuration, compatibility, and future design requirementsImplement improvement and optimization activitiesPresent improvement and optimization plans to customersAssist in customer discussions with Presales for future growth plans and roadmapsProvide onsite customer support during severe casesOffer proactive services such as comprehensive health-checks, code/firmware upgrades, and leveraged operational consultation and technical guidanceHandle ad-hoc customer requests Out-of-Standard SupportRequirements:Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field4 to 5 years of experience in Dell system administration and supportProven experience in raising support tickets with Dell Tech SupportStrong knowledge of Dell best practices and optimization measuresExcellent analytical and problem-solving skillsStrong communication and interpersonal skillsAbility to work effectively in a fast-paced environmentVertical: Technology
