This will include developing and implementing strategies, negotiating and executing transactions, and managing post-acquisition integration.Responsibilities :• Overseeing and managing all aspects of the merger or acquisition process from start to finish.• Identifying potential acquisition targets and negotiating acquisition deals.• Leading due diligence efforts to assess the financial and operational viability of potential targets.• Coordinating and managing the integration of acquired businesses.• Developing and implementing strategies to realize the maximum value from each acquisition.• Working with other members of senior management to ensure that all aspects of the merger or acquisition are successfully completed.Experience, Education and Skills:Experience: Min 10 years of experience with extensive understanding/experience of being on the buy-side of deals.Education: Bachelor's degree from a reputed university.
