The position holder will be reporting to the TS Delivery Director and Deputy Project Director..What are my responsibilities ?Creating plans for the validation and system test procedures including Testing & Commissioning StrategiesCreating plans and coordination of specific tests for each Segment or Partner on site and/or on test tracksResponsible for the managing system tests and other testing activitiesSet up the T&C program, progress and associated reportingResponsible for coordination of system tests making sure each Segment or Partner provides the staff to intervene on his own software / hardwareCreating and assigning action plans corresponding to system malfunctions (Managing NCR and regression tests)Follow-up of NCR from factory tests of each Segment or Partner until the resolution of all malfunctionsFollow-up system test phase configuration on site and/or on test track. Liaise with customers and contractors, under the authority of the Project Director, regarding test systems on site and / or on test tracks.Make sure that EHS targets are maintain to a very high standard, especially during energization and dynamic testing .Job SpecificationWhat do I need to qualify for this job ?Bachelor's degree in electrical or mechanical engineering from reputable university or CollegeBroad Knowledge of railway systems, operating requirements, available equipment andBroad knowledge of the technical management tools, calculation and simulation methods.Capacity to work in Team, Critical Faculty, Analysis / Syntheses.Leadership, initiative and decision mindedTeam spirit approach and good communication skillsStrong computer knowledge, mainly in MS Office software (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)Willing to learn company-specific software if requiredExcellent organizational and time management skillsTeam-oriented, proactive with good communication and interpersonal skillsWhat else do you need to know?As a world leader in developing and producing the most advanced technologies, we improve lives and further human achievements worldwide, while also protecting the climate - all thanks to our employees.
