Data Dictionary Data Discovery activities forcritical data elements identification and ownership. Data lineage and reporting governance datalifecycle management, manage reports inventory and rationalizationwith data custodians. Data quality managementprogram formalizing quality rules and remediation plans, along withdata stewards, and reporting to data governance council. Data Information Governance Model - Definematurity assessment model TO Lead theengagement with CxOs and teams, to define the roadmap on Analytics,Artificial Intelligence, Digital Transformation and Compliancestrategies. Lead the services team inbuilding the Proof of Concepts, demonstrating Proof of Technologyduring various Client Engagements. Operatingmodel Define roles and responsibilities of data owners, stewards,and custodians. Master Data Management DataGovernance and Business Process Management Product Information Management and Multichannel commerce Business Intelligence, Data Warehousing andReporting OBIEE, Oracle Analytics Cloud, IBM Watson Analytics Oracle Sales/Service Cloud, Oracle IncentiveCompensation, Oracle Data Visualization and Analytics IBM Master Data Management, IBM Commerce(Unica), Product Information Management & Business ProcessManagement Tools (Lombardi, Process Server), WebSphere Portal Data Science, Machine Learning & AI(R, Python, DV Tools) Enterprise InformationIntegration (Information Server) and Cloud Integration (Cast Iron) IBM Blockchain, Hadoop, Spark, KafkaQualification : Bachelors degree inInformation Technology, Information Management or equivalent Enterprise Architecture (TOGAF) Data Science Professional Certificate Formal certification (such as CertifiedInformation Professional CIP or equivalent)Experience : Overall 12+ yearsexperience in similar position Proven trackrecord in the development and execution of Enterprise level Data /Information Management Strategies Relevantconsulting or industry experience, with proven ability to buildrelationships with business and technology leaders Relevant experience in defining selectioncriteria for technology providers and identifying suitable vendorsand service providers Experience defining thebusiness case to include assigning financial value to technologycapabilities and process improvements from technologyimplementation Expert level understanding andknowledge of Information Management fundamentals and the ability toapplying them across a broad range of disciplines. Proven experience with Enterprise DataManagement (Master Data Management, managing Reference Data, Datamodeling, integration, Data Warehousing, Metadata, Data Quality,Analytics and managing data in a hybrid cloud environment).Specific experience requirements are attached to Master DataManagement, experience in processes and practices related tooperational (transactional data management) and Data QualityManagement. Proven experience with EnterpriseContent Management (specifically Document and Records Management,management of technical documents and drawings, intelligent models,metadata for content, collaboration, findability of information,classification & taxonomies, digitization of paper Knowledge of Business Process automationthough Information Management processes and technologies Knowledge of Information Governanceprinciples and the operational execution of governance throughframeworks, processes and standards Experience in working in the Construction Industry will be anadvantage Ability to create criticalcollaterals for workshops and interactive sessions Creative problem-solving skills and excellentcommunication Skills Past Experience with Big4 consulting firms preferredSkills & Tools: Process modellingtools and approaches using Active Reporting & DocumentationMatrix Statistical Background: DataDistributions, hypothesis testing, regression analysis, predictivemodels , inferential statistics. DataVisualization - BI Tools: Tableau, Microsoft Power BI, SAP SAC /BI,Qlik View /Qlik Sense. Cloud based datamining tools: Microsoft Azure Data Factory, AZURE Data Lake,Data-Warehouse & Data Hub. StructuredDatabase tools: Sql Server with BI & My Sql Big Data awareness: Hadoop, Spark, MongoDB. AI Knowledge: Neural Networks, MachineLearning using python.
