Primary responsibilitiesinclude:Responsible and accountable for allHuman Resources functions, including, but not limited to staffing,employee relations, organizational effectiveness, and leadershipsupport and development.Partner with theleadership team in developing and tracking execution of a strategicHR plan, ensuring alignment with organizationalpriorities.Translate theorganization's needs into HR strategic and operationalplans establishing key metrics and performance trackingprocesses.Oversee workforce planning andtalent management processes to identify and address competency,knowledge and talent gaps. Areas of emphasis include staffing,talent development and succession planning programs to ensure theorganization is prepared to meet short- and long-termgoals.Develop and execute in partnership withteam members actions to maintain and improve employeeengagement.
