Develop and maintain documentationfor all scheduling and progress measurementprocesses,Establish project baseline planningand ensure timely and consistent project schedule monitoring andfollow up the progress.Implement andcoordinate risk management activities throughout the project toachieve successful completion of the project on time with respectto costs and specifications,Facilitate andPerform Project schedule and cost risk analyses (PSCRA) forProjects scope within MajorProjects.Manage/focal point for Subjectmatters for Planning, scheduling, Progress reporting and RiskManagement functions.Ensure the weeklyreports, monthly status reports are being reported at Project levelin expected frequency,Provide regularcontributions to COMPANY Integration Operations Planning(IOP),Conduct, facilitate Risk andOpportunities Workshops and distil the Risk management functionawareness among the internal & externalstakeholders.Promote, provide training, andembed awareness, ownership, culture, and culture a mindset forPlanning and risk management across Major Projectsdepartment.Coordinate and facilitate riskowners, i.e., function groups, division, departments, to thoroughlyidentify, assess, formulate mitigation plans, and KRIs againstobjectives, targets, and work program &budgets.
