Prioritizinginnovation and sustainability it boasts stateoftheart researchcenters and a staunch commitment to environmental responsibility.As a testament to its excellence and influence the firm activelyfosters strategic global partnerships continuously settingbenchmarks in quality and industry standards.Job SummaryLead and direct the effective and efficient management ofThis Companys longterm investment project portfolio throughleadership engagement planning and development; Develop ThisCompany 10 years investment scenarios with major business unitswhich enables This Company to meet commitments to 2025 StrategyVision 2030 and Shareek; Generate longterm forecasts on EBITDACAPEX OPEX Working Capital and Capital Requirements; and Provideindepth analysis on This Companys cash affordability test financingcapabilities and future credit rating to This Company leadershipExecutives Strategic Growth Leaders and This Company Board forinvestment decision making.Responsibilities: Capital Planning andCash Flow Forecast: Develop strong alignment around the results of the planand adherence to managing its implications.Deliver monthly and quarterly periodic reports to CFO forperformance monitoring and target revision.Drive completeness of 5 years and 10 years spending planof CAPEX OPEX and Working Capital. Developstrong alignment around the results of the plan and adherence tomanaging its implications. Lead and developthe program guidelines process criteria baseline tools andcoordinate validation. Liaise with CashManagement to report cash flow forecasts & scenarios on aquarterly basis. Align timeline anddeliverables with Planning and Treasury in reporting to ThisCompany Executives Investor Calls Board Meeting etc.Support development of investment portfolio scenarios andcash affordability analysis. Interact withvarious teams to drive process standardization andimprovements. Investment Portfolio Management andStrategic Contribution: Lead and direct the effective and efficient management ofdeveloping and updating This Company short and longterm investmentsgrowth and contribution to This Company commitment andstrategies. Drive investment planning bestpractices across This Company ensuring adherence to investmentplanning guidelines. Assess cash affordabilityand credit rating changes and provide multiple scenarios andoptions. Engage with This Company Leaders CFOand This Company Executives to provide direction on investmentportfolio management. Engage with various ThisCompany units and functions to drive process standardization andimprovements. Support development of longterminvestment portfolio dashboards and reports and prioritization ofinvestment opportunities based on evolving feasibilities ofinvestment projects. Investment Business CaseAssurance: Developand implement governance for Investment Feasibility Studies &Investment Portfolio Management. ExecuteAssurance of business cases related to all key projects includingMegaProjects Technology Venturing M&A and other keyprojects. Execute quality assurance oninvestment business cases for completeness of investment portfolioscenarios. Deliver independent assurancereport timely to CFO and Investment Committee.Challenge strategic fit and project feasibility inrelation to the market financial operational and projectrelatedassumptions used in business cases.Continuously improve investment planning guidelines andbusiness case assumptions. Organization: Develop and refine the strategy for thesection and its contribution to the overall process of managementand corporate decisionmaking to ensure EPM maximizes its shortmedium and longterm objectives and returns to its shareholders byproviding inputs and recommending changes in the overallstrategy. Direct the daytoday operations ofthe department providing expertise encouraging teamwork andaligning work processes to achieve highperformance standards meetestablished targets and objectives. Exercisefinancial authority within established limits and controlsdepartmental budget expenditure. Liaise andcoordinate with internal and external parties at the appropriatelevels to support and ensure execution and provide requiredsupport/guidance. People Management: Ensure the effective achievement of functionalobjectives through the leadership of the section settingdepartmental and individual objectives managing performancedeveloping and motivating staff provision of formal and informalfeedback and appraisal to maximize subordinate and departmentalperformance. Be responsible for thedepartments talent management including attraction and retentionand contribute to global talent management in cooperation withCorporate Human Resources. Providecoaching/consulting function to various staff as needed to developskills. Requirements: This role required candidate topermanently relocate at Riyadh SaudiArabia. Bachelors degree inrelevant subjects such as Business Economics AccountingFinance. Professional qualification such asCMA CIMA or CFA. Over 10 years of experiencein financial modeling or valuation. Extensiveexperience in the Petrochemical Industry spanning from the upstreamto the downstream sectors.
