Sub-Business Unit Overview: Digital &Innovation KPMG's Digital & Innovation unit helpsour clients develop and accelerate their approach to digitaltransformation. More than that, D&I helps clients managethe many types of risk that come with new technology, includingcybersecurity, regulatory compliance and others. Most important,D&I offers a strategic advantage in a world defined andoften led by technology. Role Overview As a Senior Consultant inDigital Strategy, you will be a key member of our team, providingprofessional advice and guidance to clients in the areas of digitaltransformation, strategy, and operations. Your role will involveassisting in translating customer needs into business technologysolutions, supporting decision-making processes around digitalroadmap and business case development, and delivering value-drivenconsultancy services. Primary Job Responsibilities &Accountabilities: • Collaborate with clients to understandtheir business objectives, challenges, and requirements related todigital transformation. • Conduct comprehensiveassessments of current business processes, systems, andtechnologies to identify opportunities for improvement anddigitalization. • Develop and implement digitaltransformation strategies and roadmaps, aligning them with theclient's business goals and industry best practices.• Advise clients on emerging digital technologies, trends,and innovations that can drive process efficiency, customerengagement, and business growth. • Conduct feasibilitystudies, cost-benefit analyses, and risk assessments to evaluatedigital transformation initiatives and provide recommendations toclients. • Collaborate with cross-functional teams,including IT, operations, marketing, and finance, to ensuresuccessful implementation of digital initiatives. •Provide guidance and mentorship to junior consultants, sharingknowledge and best practices in digital transformationmethodologies. • Support clients in their digitaltransformations by leveraging your management consulting experiencein digital technologies or other industries. • Developsexternal network and continues to develop knowledge of industry,market trends, competitor activity and products/services.• Contributes to the development of case studies,proposals, deliverables, or other valuable engagement knowledge.Ensures such knowledge is recorded appropriately to enable accessand use by others within the firm. • Executes deliverablesto a level that meet member firm's Quality standardswithin a commercial context. • Starts to establishnetworks with clients and across relevant professional bodies andassociations and will participate in internal and externalprofessional activities to develop this network. • Sharesknowledge with other KPMG colleagues/teams and contributes to thedevelopment of knowledge resources.
