JOB DESCRIPTION Responsible for Receiving & Delivery of Shipments with most timely and efficient manner. Make sure all documents related to shipments, outbound and inbound, are prepared ahead for smooth shipment clearance. Any other reasonable duties deemed necessary by the Parts Manager or his designee for the department to operate effectively and efficiently. Perform other work-related tasks as assigned. Comply with all ARM Company and HSE policies and procedures. Coordinate with suppliers to mobilize shipments efficiently. Make sure all documents related to shipments, outbound and inbound, are prepared ahead for smooth shipment clearance. Prepare incoming & outgoing shipment paper works. Maintain relationships and work closely with freight forwarders per OEM guidelines. Coordinate with freight forwarders, provide all necessary documentation for all domestic and international shipments. Arrange transportation services to meet needs of customers. Ensure appropriate documentation and accurate inventory transactions in support of providing service to both internal/external customers.
