Onshore Commissioning ElectricalSupervisorThe Commissioning Electrical Supervisor will reportdirectly to the Commissioning Discipline Leader, and he is incharge:- To witness and/or verify allElectrical system completion activities performed by theConstruction Contractor including approval of punchlists.- To supervise all Electrical pre-commissioning,commissioning and start-up activities for assigned sub-systems.This includes preparatory activities, coordinating resources(technicians, equipment, other departments), expeditingdocumentation - in particular handover dossiers, attendingwalk-downs from construction to commissioning and fromcommissioning to operations and formally agreeing and categorizingpunch-list items.- To supervise RFID register and siteinspection.- To assist and control the vendor supportrequired for the assigned systems.- To assist hisdiscipline leader to follow closely the commissioning ofsystems/subsystems assigned in accordance with the commissioningprocedures and commissioning and start-up schedule, coordinatingthe various disciplines, and ensuring all disciplines reachassigned targets as per system completion schedule.- Tocompile relevant documentation to support handover and acceptanceof systems to Operations.- To ensure that the Electricalcontent of the dossiers is accurate and complete before they areaccepted from construction, commissioning and before approval byoperations department.- To supervise Electrical systemactivities (SAT, FTS, OTPs) performed by the CommissioningContractor including approval of punchlists
