Reporting to the Operation Manager andfollowing all company policies and procedures, the supervisor isresponsible for the overall performance of the juice bar, includingbut not limited to maintaining high Food & Beveragequality, excellent customer service and health and safetystandards. Essential duties and responsibilities: Manage andoversee the juice bar operation Manage daily operations of juicebar to ensure that it operates efficiently and profitably as perpre-set budget and procedures Deliver superior guest services fromguest arrival to departure Ensure guest satisfaction Respondefficiently to customer questions and complaints Identify guestpreferences in order to anticipate their needs Extensive food andmocktails knowledge Create employee schedules to ensure adequatestaffing at all times Organize staff duties and supervise shiftsAppraise staff performance and provide feedback to improveproductivity Training of staff as per SOP's Supervise,train and evaluate...
