Executive Chef Job Location Qatar Duties andResponsibilities Run and supervise any kitchen section to therequired standards set by management Ensure all preparation of thedesignated section is complete and ready for each serviceResponsible for the quality control of stock and prepared foodsExecute cooking to the expected high standard quickly andefficiently Ensure the cleanliness and organisation of thedesignated section including fridges is monitored and maintained tothe required standard Support head chef and sous in deliveringrequired standard of food and kitchen operation Effectivelydelegate jobs to junior chefs and apprentices Support junior chefsand apprentices in their development Requirements The candidateshould have at least 2 years experience in the same role Shouldhave any culinary certification or relevant certification Must becreative and should have an eye for detail Should have in depthknowledge of sanitation principles Should be willing to learn andfollow instructions Priority to be given to candidates that canjoin immediately Must be locally available within Qatar and havetransferable QID
