General Summary
- Expertise in G42, Azure/AWS, Google Cloud
- Establish relationships with clients by understanding their technical needs and business objectives
- Introduce new products and features to clients and provide education on best practices
- Work with the product management and product development organization to channel client feedback and solutions into future releases of the product(s)
- Execute programs to ensure that G42 is fully aware of the customer's adoption level, value realization, and overall satisfaction with the technology solution(s)
- Collaborate with Sales Team and Executives to identify areas of solution expansion and adoption opportunities
- Provide technical guidance and manage timelines, milestones, migration goals, and business transformation strategies
- Advocate for customer needs in order to overcome adoption blockers and drive new feature development
- Lead across multiple work streams and teams to maintain customer momentum
- 1st escalation point of contact for customers;Open trouble tickets and escalates to 3rdlevel support vendors for cloud services and applications
- Develop and provide monthly SLA and KPI reports to all enterprise customers;Lead quarterly business reviews and executive sessions to better understand business and technical needs
- Proactively manage account escalations for support or response to alerts and events
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of services, solutions and operations
- Onboard new customers in coordination with sales, delivery and consulting teams
- POC test support -Help customers apply for resources, configure cloud products, and provide related technical support
