Spearhead the establishment of a dedicated DTC team focused on Furniture Cleaning, Deep Cleaning, and AC Cleaning services
Responsible for recruiting skilled professionals to build a competent and efficient team
Develop and implement comprehensive training programs to enhance the skills and knowledge of team members
Oversee the quality of services provided, ensuring that they meet and exceed customer expectations and company standards
Manage the procurement process for all necessary equipment, ensuring that the team has access to high-quality and reliable tools.
Act as the primary point of contact between the technical team and internal stakeholders, facilitating effective communication and collaboration.

What we are looking for:

Based in UAE and know UAE market
Bachelor's degree from an accredited university
Expertise in quality management and process optimization
Proven experience in managing technical teams, preferably in the cleaning or related service industry
Strong leadership skills with a track record of successful team building and development
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, capable of maintaining strong relationships with stakeholders
Competency in procurement and supply chain management
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
