- Support field Material Approval Request (MAR) completion under procurement guidelines and defined procedures.
- Monitoring field purchasing activities of EPC Contractor Sub-contractors.
- Ensure correctness of EPC Contractor Sub-contractors Purchasing Status Reports (PSR).
- Ensure timely delivery schedules and transportation timelines
- Ensure timely issue of Site procurement expediting reports by EPC Contractor.
- Report any areas of concern to PMT and the relevant disciplines if applicable.
- Work with Contractor to ensure early identification of potential issues.
- Monitoring and provision of support for in country delivery, customs clearance and logistics matters.
- Communicate with EPC Contractor on correctness and completeness of field Expediting Status Report (ESR).
- Participate in weekly / monthly progress meetings
- Provide Ad-Hoc support to Home Office activities
- Reports to Head of Procurement EPC-3 / EPC-4.
- Strong analytical skills. Experience of contract interpretation and administration beneficial.
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, negotiation, and persuasion skills.
- Strong written and oral communication skills
- Fluency in English.
- Computer literacy (MS Office, SAP, Excel).
- Well-developed interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate with several organisational levels.

- BSc / BA (or equivalent higher education) or alternatively relevant experience in oil and gas industry.
- Minimum of ten (10) years of project procurement experience.
- Experience working in multicultural environments desirable
- Experience in the Supply Chain and Materials Management
- Exposure to EPC projects (engineering home office and field construction sites) beneficial.
