Job Title: Customer Service/ Receptionist Location: Plaza Clinics, Jumeirah Wasl Road, Dubai Job Type: Full-Time About Us: Plaza Clinics is a premier medical and aesthetic clinic in Dubai, known for delivering top-tier healthcare and cosmetic services to our patients. We are seeking a highly motivated and presentable Receptionist who is fluent in both English and Arabic to join our dynamic team. Key Responsibilities: - Greet and welcome patients in a warm, professional manner - Manage patient appointments, phone calls, and inquiries efficiently - Provide information on clinic services and treatments, offering exceptional patient care - Handle administrative tasks, including updating patient records and processing payments - Assist in promoting and upselling clinic services to patients - Collaborate with the sales team to achieve monthly targets - Maintain the reception area, ensuring a clean and welcoming environment - Provide personalized attention to each patient, addressing their needs with a positive attitude Requirements: - Fluent in English and Arabic is a must. - Excellent sales skills with a proven ability to upsell services -Presentable with a professional demeanor - Strong communication and interpersonal skills - Ability to multitask and manage time effectively - Previous experience in a similar role, preferably in healthcare or hospitality, is an advantage - Proficient in Microsoft Office and clinic management software If you are passionate about delivering exceptional patient care and have the skills to drive clinic success, we’d love to hear from you.
