Scope of Work – Water System Pipeline Disinfection Asset Description: Domestic Water Circuit – 1 No. Service Frequency: Half Yearly – 2 times/ year Consumables and Spare Parts: PPM consumables shall be included in the service. Scope of Work:

Sampling: Shall arrange samples from various locations advised by the client.
Analysis and Reporting: Initially, the system was flushed with plain water to remove suspended solids, after which freshwater was filled in and chlorine was added. The chlorine level after the hypochlorite dosing was found to be at 2.2 ppm level. All the valves were closed and after the recommended residence time, the system was flushed until the chlorine level is <0.5 ppm (acceptable limits). Shall conduct the specified tests on various samples in accordance with International Standard test methods. Chemical used in the service shall be approved by Local Authorities. An electronic copy of the results shall be provided in a detailed report. The original certificate shall be delivered to the site office in the same month of sample collection.

Safety Policy:

WorkForce shall be provided with proper uniform, hand gloves, face mask, and other safety equipment to be used while on duty.
Shall take special care to seclude the area of our work by proper partition and provide signboard in the area of work.
Clean the area completely after completion of the work and never leave tools, waste, etc. at the worksite.
The vendor is solely responsible for any liability that may arise due to the injury sustained to its employees during the course of their work under this agreement.

Dubai Trade License and Activity NOTE TO VENDORS: As per the rules, all vendors supplying services in the Emirate of Dubai must have a trade license issued by the relevant authority in the Emirate of Dubai. HOAM bears no liability towards any payment that is withheld by the Escrow Operator. Standard RFP process:

Vendors are to use the Response Form provided and include all information requested by HOAM in relation to the RFP.
By submitting a Proposal, the Vendor accepts that it is bound by the RFP Process, Terms and Conditions (RFP-Terms).
Each Vendor will:
1. Examine the RFP and any documents referenced in the RFP and any other information provided by HOAM.
2. Consider all risks, contingencies, and other circumstances relating to the delivery of the Requirements and include adequate provision in its Proposal to manage such risks and contingencies.
3. Document in its Proposal all assumptions and qualifications made about the delivery of the Requirements, including any assumption that HOAM or a third party will deliver any aspect of the Requirements or incur any cost related to the delivery of the Requirements.
4. Ensure that pricing information is quoted in UAE dirhams (AED) inclusive of VAT.
5. Satisfy itself as to the correctness and sufficiency of its Proposal, including the proposed pricing and the sustainability of the pricing.
6. There is no expectation or obligation for Vendors to submit Proposals in response to the RFP solely to remain on any prequalified or registered supplier list. Any Vendor on such a list will not be penalised for failure to submit a Proposal.

All other terms and conditions related to the RFP process, including evaluation, ownership of documents, and confidentiality, remain applicable as outlined in the original document.
