Our client, a western professional organization is looking for an Arabic speaking EA to provide senior support to one Partner - 40% of the time.Executive Assistant - 40% of the time:Extensive experience of complex diary management across multiple zonesPlan and manage complex travel arrangements and itineraries for very busy diaries with an awareness of impact on Partner prioritiesProduce documents, packs and presentations if and when required, frequently under tight time constrainsEffectively liaise with clients, teams and other contactsMonitor emails and respond as appropriate when requiredShare other admin responsibilities with local team when requiredArabic/English Translator - 60% of time:Professional translator - must hold a degree in translations and have a minimum of 3 years' experience in the field (particular focus on economy policy issues) Degree in translationProven organizational skills working with complex diaries at a senior levelAbility to handle multiple deadlines with excellent time management and instinct for prioritizationAble to work on own initiative and to have a solutions-orientated approach, thinking out of the box on problem solving without instructionPositive attitude with a willingness to provide the highest levels of secretarial support. Trustworthy and confidentialAdaptable to different environments, expectations and personalities and constant changeHave the ability to work accurately and effectively under extreme pressure, whilst remaining calm and composedProficient in Microsoft Office, especially Outlook, Word and PowerPointSalary AED 17-20,000 About The Company Miller Hay is a privately owned boutique recruitment consultancy specialising in providing clients with secretarial and professional office support staff.
