Medical Claims Officer Jobs in Dubai/UAEResponsibilities:Develop a basic working knowledge of relevant segments (direct expenses, allocated expenses, recharges, claims) and act as a subject matter expert.Provide clients with an understanding of any declined medical claims.Evaluate claims with regards to eligibility.Decide approvals as per policy conditions.Manage routine daily claims administration work.Communicate sensitively and effectively with clients.Qualifications:Bachelor's Degree in medical or paramedical stream is mandatory.Minimum of 2 years' experience in a call center, customer service, or claims management.
