Domaine Hyg Séc Sureté Sociét Env Qual The MEA region is a large geographical area; with the number of projects and countries expected to increase rapidly. The HSE intern will be working from the Dubai hub.

HSE Responsibilities:

  1. Strict adherence and compliance with Company QHSE policy (including ONE MAESTRO framework) with high quality of QHSE performance and compliance with affiliate’s QHSE Policy, Procedures & specific rules & regulations applicable to the area of activity at all times.
  2. Participate in the training program to acquire QHSE knowledge and impart this training to colleagues as required by Management.
  3. Report near misses, incidents, hazards & injuries to the line Manager within the time frame required by Quality, HSE, Energy policies, and Manuals.
  4. Participate in the investigation and analysis of incidents as required.
  5. Organize the HSE documentation, folders administration and follow up with HSE documents.
  6. Support HSE Manager with the implementation of ONE MAESTRO (TotalEnergies HSE management).
  7. Assist HSE Manager in preparing and following up with monthly reports.
  8. Lead the implementation, follow up, and review of the Digital safety application.
  9. Follow up on safety trainings and training matrix.
  10. Support HSE coordinator with day-to-day HSE topics.
  11. Participate in the investigation of accidents/incidents and follow up on action plans with contractors.
  12. Assist HSE coordinator in managing HSE events.

Minimum Requirements:

  1. Experience or newly graduated in Safety, Engineering or equivalent.
  2. Fluent in English; proficiency in French and Arabic will be an advantage.
  3. Familiarity with Microsoft Office.
  4. Additional HSE training certifications (NEBOSH, OSHA, etc.) will be advantageous.
  5. Strong interest in HSE topics and HSE career.
