Job Overview: We are seeking a strategic and experienced HR Business Partner (HRBP) to join our client's team. The HRBP will align HR strategies with business objectives, ensuring seamless operations and enhanced employee engagement across multiple regions. This role involves overseeing HR functions for diverse teams across various locations, ensuring compliance, performance management, and talent development initiatives are effectively implemented. Key Responsibilities:
Strategic HR Alignment:
- Collaborate with senior leadership to align HR objectives with business priorities
- Drive process improvements and introduce modern HR systems for efficiency
- Ensure consistency and governance in HR policies across regional operations
Performance and Rewards Management:
- Oversee performance management processes and employee reviews
- Develop and implement compensation, benefits, and rewards strategies
- Lead initiatives to boost organizational productivity and employee satisfaction
Talent Development and Engagement:
- Design learning and development programs to enhance employee skills
- Implement succession planning and employee retention strategies
- Monitor organizational health and drive employee engagement initiatives
Operational HR and Compliance:
- Manage recruitment processes, onboarding, and employee communication
- Maintain HR systems and ensure accurate data reporting
- Ensure adherence to local labor laws and internal compliance standards
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field
- Professional HR certifications are a plus
- Over 10 years of HR experience, with at least 5 years in a strategic HRBP role
- Experience managing HR operations across multiple regions
- Proven ability to partner with senior management and lead HR projects
- Strong understanding of HR systems and data-driven decision-making
- Excellent communication and presentation skills in English
- Strong organizational and analytical skills with attention to detail
- Proactive problem-solver with the ability to manage multiple priorities
- Collaborative leadership style with a focus on employee engagement
