Job Title: Client Relationship Manager Qualifications:

  • Bachelor of Technology/Engineering (Bio-Chemistry, Chemical), Bachelor of Science (Bio-Chemistry, Chemistry)
  • Master’s degree in Chemistry or Chemical Engineering, preferably in polymer chemistry and/or material science.

  • Act as a primary contact for new clients while building long-term relationships with existing clients.
  • Assist in addressing client needs through emails, calls, webinars, and online presentations.
  • Conduct in-person meetings with clients while presenting technical content on products and services.
  • Address client needs and expectations with internal and external departments to ensure client satisfaction is met.
  • Communicate lead generation updates, progress, and outcomes with other account managers on a monthly/quarterly basis.
  • Attend tradeshows, conferences, and workshops to further enhance client outreach strategies and objectives.
  • Read, assess, and summarize academic and industrial publications to further understand industry trends and new innovations.
  • Coordinate Salesforce accounts and ensure leads and opportunities are logged in and followed up.
  • Coordinate as needed analysis for publications, application notes, talks, and posters.
  • Involved with social media promotion of new applications and activities.
Desired Candidate Profile:
  • Strong knowledge and experience in chemistry and material sciences.
  • Strong ability to determine project planning.
  • Excellent project and time management skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team environment.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Possess excellent time management skills to manage multiple projects at once.
