Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement quality control procedures to ensure the consistent quality of our products.
  • Conduct regular audits of our production processes to identify areas of improvement.
  • Perform root cause analysis to identify and rectify quality issues promptly.
  • Utilize statistical analysis to monitor and improve our production efficiency.
  • Maintain comprehensive quality documentation to ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations.
  • Collaborate with the production team to implement quality control measures effectively.
  • Train and guide staff on new quality control procedures and systems.
  • Work closely with management to develop and implement a robust quality system.
  • Continuously monitor and report on quality-related issues and trends to management.
  • Participate in the development of product specifications to ensure quality standards are met.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, or a related field.
  • Minimum of three years of experience in a quality engineering role in the manufacturing industry.
  • Proven experience with quality control, audit, root cause analysis, statistical analysis, quality documentation, and quality systems.
  • Strong knowledge of manufacturing methods and procedures.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficient in using quality control software and related tools.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Attention to detail and a high level of accuracy.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks and projects simultaneously.
  • Strong understanding of industry standards and regulations.
  • Certified Quality Engineer (CQE) certification is a plus.
