Requirements Proven experience as a QA Manager or in a similar leadership role, preferably in the field of autonomous systems or transportation.Strong technical background with expertise in C++ and Python programming languages.Solid understanding of software quality assurance processes, methodologies, and best practices.Experience in developing and executing test plans, test cases, and test scripts.Familiarity with software development life cycle (SDLC) and agile methodologies.Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, with a keen attention to detail.Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
