For residential construction, Villas & Town houses. Depending on experience, salaries are from 8-13k per month + benefits. Candidates for these positions should have 4 years of experience in a site engineer role and experience working in the United Arab Emirates. Responsibilities include:

  • Execution of construction activities based on the shop drawings.
  • Ensuring compliance with quality, safety, and environmental standards.
  • Effective team leadership of the workers.
  • Calculating the required materials and placing the orders as necessary.
  • Keeps records of materials and provides information to the Project Engineer about the requirements.
  • Keeps records and information up to date in compliance with project requirements.
  • Completing the works and making ready for handover.
Must have a Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering, a proven track record of leadership, ability to lead employees and sub-contractors, and good problem-solving skills. Certifications in Safety and Quality are a bonus. #J-18808-Ljbffr
