Job Title: Merchandising Manager - Footwear Company: CUPLE ST. LLC Location: DUBAI Job Type: Full-Time Job Description: As a Merchandising Manager for our footwear brand, you'll drive product success by managing assortment, inventory, pricing, and promotions. You'll work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure our products meet customer demands and align with brand goals. Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute assortment plans based on market trends and customer preferences.
- Optimize inventory turnover and manage product lifecycle.
- Collaborate on competitive pricing strategies to maximize margins.
- Analyze sales data and market trends to adjust merchandising strategies.
- Lead seasonal planning and product line reviews.
- Coordinate with suppliers to ensure timely inventory delivery.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Merchandising, or related field (MBA preferred).
- 7 years of merchandising experience in the footwear industry.
- Strong analytical and communication skills.
- Proven track record of strategic thinking and problem-solving in a fast-paced environment.
