The position holder is responsible for managing the shift and allocation of manpower based on priorities in the shift. Perform preventative and corrective breakdown maintenance (electrical) of all Utility & process machines in a safe manner and procedure. The position holder is accountable for the preventative maintenance & reactive maintenance for complete Kizad electrical maintenance.
Day to Day Operations
- Preparation of Preventive & routine Maintenance schedules & follows up with the team.
- Organize to attend the day-to-day fault and maintenance of Plant and Machineries reported.
- Allocate the right personnel for the Job concerned.
- Follow up the progress of the job time to time.
- Coordinate with Maintenance Manager & Store Supervisor to place order the required spare parts in advance with a clear vision.
- Design basic electrical and electronic circuits.
- Liaison with Spare parts Suppliers if required.
- Maintain all Electrical manuals of the Plant & Machineries in an organized manner for quick reference.
- Maintain the reports for his immediate Superiors on routine basis.
- Identify and evaluate all electrical and electronic components in production equipment.
- Read and interpret electrical assembly drawings, complicated electrical schematics, and material bills.
- Conduct intermediate level bench tests on electrical and electronic controls and systems.
- Complete purchase orders and other paperwork as assigned.
- Assist production facilities personnel with troubleshooting of electrical problems on production machines.
- Check own work and make needed corrections.
- Diagnose and repair intermediate level electrical and electronic assemblies, control panels, and machine wiring using appropriate test equipment.
- Disassemble and reassemble electrical interlocks between machines and power coming into machines.
- Travel to production facilities both domestically and internationally for machine start-ups, testing, and troubleshooting.
- Act as liaison between plant and vendor. Fabricate simple electrical control box assembly.
- Prepare the maintenance reports & energy reports as & when required for analysis.
- Update the maintenance documents & maintain it for audits.

Machine downtime hours. Planned preventive maintenance (LV & MV system)HSE
Maintain all safety standards & precautions. Ensure all hygiene practices are followed during the machine operation.Desired Candidate Profile
