Additional responsibilities are shown below: Monitors incident tracking system for incident work orders assigned to Depot queue. Provide status updates to customers as requested for all open incidents. Accurately updates incident tickets to reflect process progression and closes/reassigns incident tickets upon completion. Builds, configures, and images all replacement Store back office, network related, and point of sale hardware. Accurately ships all outgoing hardware and keeps up to date package shipping logs.
