Master's degree in supply chain management is a plus.Activities:Audit current due diligence database, identify gaps, and close gaps identified for suppliers under indirect and capex.Establish and utilize best methods (statistical model & software tools).Collect and analyze third-party information and identify potential red flags.Work with N+1 and compliance team to set up mitigation measures.Post-diligence monitoring of contractual relationships and shareholding structures.Provide management with reliable and accurate information on third-party risk analysis.Prepare and update monthly report of supplier performance & due diligence status in line with purchase plan.Maintain good relations with all suppliers/internal customers.Supplier database management, re-evaluation of supplier's management with user departments and internal customer satisfaction management.Accountabilities:Ensure adherence to compliance processes and guidelines specific to position's roles and responsibilities.Understand and adhere to the current regulatory requirements applicable to the areas of responsibilities.Reporting of near misses, incidents, hazards & injuries to line Manager within the time frame as required by QHSE policy and Manuals.Strict adherence and compliance towards Group HSE Charter & MAESTRO requirement and affiliate's HSEQ Policy, Procedures & specific rules & regulations applicable to the area of activity always.Participate in the safety risk assessment, health risk assessment, planned general inspections, loss control tours, and other kinds of audits as per the TEMME QHSE & Energy Management requirements.Participate in the investigation and analysis of incidents as and when required.Strict adherence to QHSE requirements with full authority to stop any operation for safety reasons.Ensure full adherence to the company's compliance program, its policies and procedures including economic sanctions and export control in all professional activities.Promptly notify the compliance officer/economic sanctions referent of any instances of noncompliance or violations of economic sanctions or export control that comes to my attention.Context:The position is an important link between the company compliance program and ensuring commitment of third-party suppliers.Internal:Interaction with managers & supervisors from other departments in Dubai Office.External:External interactions with suppliers.Additional Information:TotalEnergies is a major industrial player in energy and the energy transition.
