Develop and implement a comprehensive communication strategy that aligns with the school's mission, vision, and goals. This includes digital media, internal and external communications, public relations, and media outreach. Lead, mentor, and oversee the work of the Digital Content Specialist and Communication Specialist, ensuring high-quality content creation for digital platforms, newsletters, publications, and other communication materials. Oversee the School's brand and identity, ensuring consistency across all communication channels and materials. Act as the School's brand ambassador, developing brand guidelines and ensuring compliance across departments. Develop and implement crisis communication plans, coordinating messages across platforms to ensure accuracy and consistency.
