This is an exciting opportunity to gain valuable international experience by working on large-scale projects with diverse stakeholders. The role offers a stimulating work environment with many opportunities for career advancement.Salary: Starting from 18,000 AED per month, depending on experience.Travel: Occasional international travelStart Date: As soon as possibleYour main Responsibilities:Bid ManagementOpportunity Identification: Analyze relevant tenders in the Oil & Gas sector.Proposal Preparation: Coordinate the preparation of technical and commercial proposals with internal teams.Bid Tracking: Monitor submitted bids and adjust strategies based on client feedback.Project ManagementPlanning & Execution: Define key milestones, create schedules, and coordinate teams to ensure on-time delivery.Budget & Quality Oversight: Manage budgets, control costs, and ensure projects meet quality standards.Progress Reporting: Provide regular updates to stakeholders and deliver progress reports.Resource ManagementSupplier Identification: Find and select external service providers based on project needs.Scheduling: Organize and manage the timing of external service providers to ensure deadlines are met.Performance Monitoring: Evaluate subcontractor performance and make adjustments if necessary.Ideal Candidate Profile:You hold a Master's degree in Engineering or a related field.You have 2 to 5 years of experience in the Oil & Gas industry or a similar sector.You are fluent in English. Being fluent in French would be a plus.You are detail-oriented and can adapt to changing conditions.You have excellent interpersonal skills and can thrive in an international work environment.Recruitment Process:1st Call: Initial phone or Teams interview with a member of our recruitment team.2nd Round: Interview with Dimitri FAY (Recruitment Officer), Antoine LOUVAT (Senior Project Engineer), and Nuno CORREA (Business Line Manager for Oil & Gas).3rd Round: Interview with Mathis ARCE (HR Manager) and Adrien BOURDON-FENIOU (CEO).
