1. PRIMARY PURPOSE
The Landlord Relations Agent is responsible for managing all aspects of the seller's transactions from first contact to purchase agreement. This includes executing all required steps to list a property and get it under the agreement, such as preparing listing materials and pre-listing presentations, coordinating showings, and scheduling open houses. Additionally, this role serves as the point person in consulting with sellers in coordinating staging, property photography, repairs, home improvements, lockbox, access requirements, and other marketing activities required for showing the properties.
2. RESPONSIBILITIES
Meet company expectations by providing excellent customer service.
Consistently make a good first impression when calling potential customers; maintaining a friendly and professional tone at all times.
Well understanding customer requirements to successfully close the deal.
Contact potential existing or non-existing customers to inform them about our new market campaigns or services using given scripts.
Matching the Buyer's and Tenant's inquiries addressed by the Listing and Sales Agents within a timely manner.
Generate and qualify leads from cold calling and inbound interaction.
Handle customer complaints to maintain and improve the company's reputation.
Go the 'extra mile' to achieve the sales target and facilitate future sales.
Commit to the team and individual sales target.
Function as part of the team with sincere enthusiasm.
Ensure professional communication with PSI clients by presenting PSI in the best image.
Exceed Client's expectations by providing the best approach to meeting the client's needs and requirements.
Abide by the PSI code of conduct by appearing formal, elegant, and professional at all times.
Answer and respond to telephone inquiries and schedule site visits as per PSI policy.
Accompany buyers during visits to and inspections of the property, advising them on the suitability and value of the property they are visiting.
Maintain SLA for response time and follow up with the client.
Contact leads immediately and meet the client ASAP to provide a solution.
All client communications need to be done through the PSI official number and follow email equities.
Report on a daily basis all activities to the Line Manager and update daily activities on the system.
Inquire about the 'Hot deals' and notify the Sales/Listing and marketing teams on same.
Collect due payments related to chargeable services.
Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Refer 10 Buyers or leads per month.
Make outbound calls for listing purposes for the assigned project, not less than 70 calls per day.
Answer all customer questions related to PSI products' or services accurately.
Update customer information in the System and take relevant notes for future use.
Collect accurate information from clients for the listed properties.
Update the units listed for sales or rent on a regular basis as and when required.
Update the market price rating of the unit and notify the Sales/ Listing team and Marketing team on the same.
Remove expired units from the website.
Check and call back clients who listed their properties with the company and validate units by the end of each month; call the daily assigned leads to generate sales listings and units potentially for sales and within market prices.
Transact the unit on the system and upload the deal file with complete documents on the system.
Ensure proper filing and documentation as per the process and requirement for every record in the system (Records mean portfolio, clients, and unit).
Maintain documents and track progress for each listing and update necessary information in database and transaction management systems.
Prepare comparison sheets of market price and PSI price.
Take Health, Safety & Environment (HSE) lead in ensuring 'safe systems of work' and 'safe conditions' are in place within area of responsibility.
Perform other similar or related duties as required or assigned by management.
3. QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE
A. Educational Requirements / Qualifications:
A bachelor's or associate degree in marketing, sales, or a related field may be advantageous.
B. Experience:
2 years proven experience as a telesales representative or other sales/customer service role, with a minimum of 2 years' experience.
C. Skills and Competencies:
Good knowledge of relevant computer programs (e.g. CRM software) and telephone systems. Ability to learn about products and services and describe/explain them to prospects. Excellent knowledge of English. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Cool-tempered and able to handle rejection. Outstanding negotiation skills with the ability to resolve issues and address complaints. Appealing appearance on the phone. Proven track record of successfully meeting sales queries preferably over the phone.
