Associate or Full Professor (Business Management)Dubai Business School at the University of Dubai invites qualified applicants for the positions of Associate or Full Professor in the following disciplines to begin in Spring 2025.Business Management (Business Analytics, Strategic Management, OB, HRM, Entrepreneurship & Innovation)Qualification requirementsDoctorate degree or PhD from an Accredited Institution at the time of appointmentA demonstrated record of research publication and teaching excellence in the relevant field.Practical experience in the relevant field will be an advantageExcellent English written and verbal communication skills.The following attributes are also desirableAbility to involve and engage students in teaching where the course's objectives, content and assessment situations are closely interlinkedExperience and/or interest in the development of varied learning methods and digital tools in teachingResearch results published in recognized publications, and references indicating progression in research and publicationsAbility to initiate, obtain external funding for, lead and carry out research and development projectsExperience of partnerships with businesses relevant to the subject areaContributed to the use of research-based knowledge in society and that you can refer to results from innovation and the commercialization of researchDemonstrated ability to build and preserve professional networks - nationally, regionally, and internationallyMotivation to contribute to the development of academic and interdisciplinary collaboration at the universityGood teamwork and communication skills, and ability to contribute to a constructive working environmentThe successful candidate will be expected to: (1) maintain an active research agenda, (2) teach courses per academic year at the undergraduate and graduate levels, and (3) contribute to school service, student recruitment and mentorship, develop projects related to University of Dubai's Vision, and other related activities.We offerThe successful candidate will enjoy interaction with a professional and dynamic teamDubai Business School offers a competitive compensation packageApplication should include:Updated CV.Statement of teaching and research philosophy.
