Development and implementation of the FEMPs, OEMPs, CEMPs, and DEMPs. Travel to the Gulf countries for monitoring, auditing, or meetings as required. Onsite Environmental compliance supervision. Undertake and supervise environmental Monitoring (Air, Noise, Vibration) on site. Supervision of Ambient Air Quality Monitoring Stations and noise monitoring equipment. Commissioning, maintenance, and operation of all Environmental Monitoring/Survey equipment. Undertake stack testing and write up the technical report. Data validation, Interpretation, and Reporting as per US EPA, NCEC, RC, and IFC/ WB standards. Undertake terrestrial ecology surveys and compile a concise report. Undertake archaeology surveys and compile a concise report. Supervise Marine ecology surveys (including sediment and marine water collection). Report writing of marine surveys (Including seagrass, coral, benthic habitat assessment, and water quality collection and analysis). Soil and groundwater sample collection. Conduct audits for environmental compliance on-site, and implement environmental compliance requirements, client-specific environmental requirements, Environmental standards, and policies. Site auditing, reporting, and provision of reports to the Client. Support the wider supervision team in reviewing submissions by others and ensuring that the Client's requirements and environmental aspects on site follow the Kingdom's regulations. Collaborate with SETEC teams and the Client's specialist teams. Validate and maintain documents required under EMS ( e.g., GI, WI, ERM Register, Environmental Aspects &Impacts, legal and other requirements, Environment Social Management plan). Prepare technical proposals and method statements for the surveys/monitoring/consultancy services. Hazardous material inspection and report writing for the disposal of hazardous materials. Travel as necessary to support project/operations requirements Other duties connected with the Function as directed Skills: Bachelor's degree in Environmental Sciences (or related discipline) 8+ Years in environmental management across an array of economic sectors, ideally with some experience in regulatory environmental enforcement English (Professional Working Proficiency) Advanced proficiency in MS Office, and a good understanding of GIS.
