Job Title: Human Resources Business Partner

Company: Emirates Driving

Emirates Driving is currently seeking a dedicated Human Resources Business Partner to join our team. The Human Resources Business Partner will support the provision of an effective, comprehensive, and customer-focused Human Resources (HR) service to all departments. This role involves assessing and anticipating HR-related needs while communicating proactively with HR peers and the leadership team.

Key Responsibilities:

Partner with senior management to develop and implement HR strategies aligned with business goals, focusing on organizational design, workforce planning, talent management, and employee engagement.

Demonstrate strong communication skills to effectively liaise with internal staff across various departments and regions, fostering collaboration and transparency.

Lead or participate in HR projects and initiatives aimed at enhancing employee engagement, diversity, equity, and inclusion.

Provide guidance and support to managers and employees on HR policies, procedures, and best practices.

Manage the employee life cycle, including induction, exit processes, coordinating with managers on terminations, ensuring proper documentation, and conducting employee exit interviews.

Support change management as it relates to structures, teams, and people processes through professional project management, reviewing the success of change initiatives to validate the business impact.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.

Minimum 3 years of experience in HR management.

Strong organization, communication, and conflict resolution skills.

In-depth knowledge of UAE employment/labor laws and HR best practices.

Excellent active listening, negotiation, and presentation skills.

Strong empathy and the capacity to respond to employee needs with compassion and efficiency.

Fluent in Arabic and English, both written and verbal.

Ability to start work immediately.
