Collaborate and team-up with the Business Development & Sales Team of WORKSPACE INTERIORS along with its nominated Sub-Contractors in creating Interior Design proposals for new and existing interior projects which includes but not limited to space planning and concept presentation, 3D rendering, joinery drawings, construction drawings including site measurement and validation etc. which are a part of combined design package that are prepared as per the briefing provided by the client and are designed for economically reasonable, functional, safe, sustainable and aesthetically pleasing environment.Associate with Sales Team in every phase of the project, starting from design proposals and presentations, furniture and civil materials specification, client and legal authority approvals and documentation, site inspections, preparation of as-built drawings and all related activities up to project hand-over and its completion.Associate with Sales Team in every phase of the project, starting from design proposals and presentations, furniture and civil materials specification, client and legal authority approvals and documentation, site inspections, preparation of as-built drawings and all related activities up to project hand-over and its completion.As a key member of Design and Project Delivery Team, you would be tasked to carry out necessary Project Co-ordination of the Interior fit out project in a timely and cost-effective manner, with a specific eye for the set budgets, quality control and deadlines set to achieve.Must have a Bachelor's or Higher Degree In Interior Design/Architecture, or equivalent from an accredited University or Technical School.Have a minimum of 6 years' industry experience in high-end corporate design is a must and should be evidenced by a strong portfolio.Have strong background in interior design and project management.Have strong experience in space planning, design development,and FF&EHave excellent presentation and communication skillsHave proficiency with AutoCAD, Adobe Creative Suite and Microsoft Office suite.Have previous experience designing corporate and commercial workplace projects.COME WORK WITH USWORKSPACE INTERIORS is all about People .
