Experience:5+ YearsLocation:RemoteResponsibilities:Bachelor's degree in computer science, information technology, or a relevant field preferred.5+ years of experience as a scrum master, preferably in a data environment.Using agile methodology values, principles, and practices to plan, manage, and deliver solutions.Training, mentoring, and supporting scrum teams to follow agile values, principles, and practices.Ensuring the proper use of collaborative processes and removing impediments for the scrum team.Preparing and presenting status reports to stakeholders.Coordinating and owning all scrum ceremonies.Facilitating internal communication and effective collaboration.Working with product owners to handle backlogs and new requests.Ensuring deliverables are up to quality standards at the end of each sprint.Guiding development teams to higher scrum maturity.Helping to build a productive environment where team members own the product and enjoy working on it.Demonstrating leadership and management experience.Exhibiting excellent people and project management skills.Possessing strong communication and presentation skills.Applying strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
