To know more about the company, please visit the company's website www.sscoGlobal.com for more information.We are looking for an Accounting Associate 2 as part of our growing team. The ideal candidate is responsible for the coordination and execution of account reconciliations, data entry, finalization of accounts, day-to-day reports, and team management functions for various clients.ResponsibilitiesMaintain the general ledger by processing all company invoices, payments, and purchases.Review and verify the accuracy of financial and contract paperwork and processes.Summarize and prepare financial records and statements for external reporting.Prepare month-end reconciliation and balance sheet schedules of AP, AR, BRS, accruals, prepayments, etc.Process payments and keep bank records up to date.Follow the instructions given by the line manager.Assign tasks to the team members reporting to him/her and bring efficiency to routine jobs.Responsible for daily, weekly, and monthly reports on a timely basis.Must give attention to detail, understand the commercials of each transaction, and analyze the numbers.Prepare ad hoc management reports.Any other tasks assigned by the management.QualificationsAssociate degree or equivalent experience in accounting; preference will be given to qualified accountants (ACCA, CPA, CA).3+ years of accounting experience.Highly organized with excellent attention to detail.Must have good knowledge of Microsoft Excel.Company Name: Sidra Salman & Co.
